1 License
Unless otherwise stated, Black Device SRL and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in Research Studio. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Research Studio for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
a) Republish material from Research Studio
b) Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Research Studio
c) Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Research Studio d) Redistribute content from Research Studio
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
2 Payment and Premium Features
Some features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing access to such features, you agree to pay the fees and any taxes incurred at the time of purchase. It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions to bypass or attempt to bypass any methods set up by Black Device SRL to ensure payment for access to the premium features of Research Studio.
3 Content
In these terms and conditions, "Content" shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material you choose to display on this Service. By displaying Content, you grant Black Device SRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.
Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Black Device SRL reserves the right to remove any of your Content from this Service at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
No harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content of any kind is permitted on Research Studio. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, threatening, promotes racism, sexism, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
4 Use of Branding and Trade Image
Use of Black Device SRL's or Research Studio's branding, logo, or trade image is not allowed without explicit written permission. This includes use for any promotional or advertising purposes, whether commercial or otherwise.
5 Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
