This Refund Policy governs the purchase of the Premium License of the Research Studio web application owned by Black Device SRL. This Policy applies only to the subscriptions paid for the service, and does not apply to any other transactions, including but not limited to software downloads, free trials, and product warranties.
1. Monthly Subscription
The only subscription option available for the Premium License at this time is a monthly subscription. This means that you will be billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis.
2. Refund Request
If you are not satisfied with your Premium License subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days following the date of your payment ("Refund Period"). Refund requests must be sent to our customer service department at [insert customer service email address].
Please include your order confirmation number in your refund request to expedite the refund process. Refund requests received after the Refund Period of 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Procedure
Upon receipt of a refund request within the Refund Period, Black Device SRL will confirm the date of your payment. If the refund request is valid and made within the Refund Period, Black Device SRL will refund the total amount of your monthly subscription to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Access and Data Following a Refund
In the case of a refund, any data, information, or research that you have created, compiled, or gathered which exceeds the limit of the free version of Research Studio will be permanently deleted after the refund is processed. However, any data within the limit of the free version will remain accessible to you.
If you have paid for the entire month and not requested a refund, all your data will be preserved, even if it exceeds the limit of the free version of Research Studio, as long as your subscription is active.

Black Device SRL reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on our website. Please regularly review this Policy to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
